Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal name as on PAN] ("we", "us"), which operates Seoprama at seoprama.com. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.

The service

Seoprama is an online SEO software service. It provides keyword research, rank tracking, competitor research, backlink data, site audits and AI search visibility reports. You use it through a web browser after signing in. Nothing physical is shipped.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details when you sign up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite.
• Tell us straight away at [Support email] if you think someone else has used your account.

Plans, credits and payment

• Searches and checks use credits. You can buy credit packs at the prices shown on our website, in Indian rupees, US dollars, British pounds or euros. Your account's currency is set from your country the first time you open billing.
• Credits you buy do not expire while your account is open.
• In India, monthly plans are billed in advance in Indian rupees, at the price shown when you subscribe. Each plan includes credits every month, which reset on each billing date and do not carry over.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. By subscribing to a plan, you authorise a recurring monthly charge to your UPI AutoPay or card until you cancel. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may convert the amount and add its own fees.
• A small number of early accounts received free trial credits. Free credits have no cash value.
• We may change plan prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a change affects your plan, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it succeeds.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, share or give away access to the service or its data without our written permission;
• use automated scripts to pull data from the service beyond the tools and API we provide;
• use the service for anything unlawful, including spam, fraud or attacks on other websites;
• try to break, overload or get around the security or usage limits of the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Data accuracy

Search volumes, rankings, backlinks and similar figures come from third-party data providers and are estimates. They can differ from what Google or other services show. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or business result from using the service.

Your content and data

You own the websites, keywords and projects you add. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City for court jurisdiction] have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email you before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
